Shipping

We now offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders – no minimum spend required!

If you leave your email address at checkout, we’ll send you dispatch and tracking updates. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your junk folder.

Orders are dispatched the same day if placed Monday to Friday before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery:
Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery once dispatched. This service is completely free for all UK orders.

Tracked 24 Delivery:
Need it faster? Tracked 24 is available for £3.99, with delivery in 1 – 2 working days once dispatched.

International Orders:
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, if you're overseas and wish to place an order, we can prepare the parcel for collection. You’ll need to arrange the courier and take full responsibility for customs clearance and successful delivery. This policy is in place due to ongoing post-Brexit border and customs issues.

Returns Policy

At Vita London we hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes. For that reason, we have a no quibble approach to refunding your order should you change your mind or not be satisfied with the product, so long as:

You return it within 30 days of receiving your order, having notified us of its return via email, it has not been opened, used or damaged, and the product(s) are kept in their original packaging.

If you wish to return items from an order older than 30 days, please email us as we may be able to help depending on the batch and expiry of the product.

We are unable to meet the costs of returning item(s), unless the order is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other reasons, the return postage is at your own expense. For returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked option or at least obtaining a free proof of posting slip from the post office which can help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.

To make a return, simply contact our team at info@vitalondon.co, and provide your name and the order number you’d like to return.

Once we receive the returned order, our team will issue a refund to the original purchase payment method within 10 working days.

Please note, that if you want to return part of an order that qualified for a promotion/discount, if the remaining order no longer meets the criteria for the discount, then the refund will be proportional to the cost of the individual items remaining in the order.
