Shipping policy

Standard shipping to all UK locations is Free! If you leave your email address at checkout we will email you dispatch / tracking information. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your

junk folder. Free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail. Order dispatch will be on the same day as ordering Monday – Friday between 9 - 1pm. Any orders placed outside of this time will be sent on the following working day.

Free Delivery: Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Tracked Delivery: We offer a tracked option for those who want their orders sooner. These orders are prioritised and estimated delivery is 1 - 2 working days after dispatch.

International: Currently we do not ship orders outside of the UK. If you are overseas and want to place an order we can suitabilty package the order for you but you will need to arrange collection

from our warehouse and the delivery to yourself. This is due to ongoing issues post brexit at borders and customs. Delivery and transit of the order will be your responsibility.

Holiday Delivery (Christmas & New Year)

Over the holiday season, Royal Mail and other couriers run reduced services and have days off, which can lead to longer delivery times than usual. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive—tracking will update as the courier processes your shipment, but updates may be slower during this period.
